What to write to us about
- A booking that has gone wrong
- Tell us which booking and what happened. We will look at the record, contact both sides and act on the listing where our terms have been broken. We cannot arbitrate money we never handled — see the refunds policy.
- A listing that is not what it claims
- Work in a portfolio that belongs to somebody else, a price that is not honoured, a profile using another person's name. Send the link and what is wrong with it.
- A review
- We remove a review that breaks our terms. We do not remove one for being unflattering, and we will say so rather than go quiet.
- Your data
- A copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion of your account. See the privacy policy.
- A security problem
- Please tell us privately before telling anybody else, and give us a chance to fix it.
- Listing your own work
- No email needed — create an account and publish a profile. It is free, and there is no commission on what you charge.
Grievance officer
Under India's Information Technology Rules, a platform carrying other people's content must name someone to receive complaints about it and must answer within a fixed window.

Before you write
Two things we are asked constantly, answered here so you do not have to wait for a reply:
- We do not take a commission and we charge no fee. The whole of it is on the pricing page.
- We do not put you in touch with a choreographer by email. Send a booking request from their profile — it reaches them immediately, carries the date and the price you were shown, and expires on its own if they do not answer. Browse choreographers.
